The George Telegraph Training Institute's Bongaon Centre arranged a technical project exhibition. In this exhibition the 2nd semester students of automobile engineering students displayed a project model on Disc Brake which focused on Auto Transmission.
Disc brake uses calipers which squeeze few pairs of pads against a disc. This creates friction to retard the required rotation of a shaft. GTTI students have efficiently represented the disc brake model which is widely used in motor vehicles industry.
Another project in Bongaon GTTI Centre grabbed attention of every visitor. This was a project on Air Suspension System. The model was also designed on the subject 'Auto Transmission'. Automobile Engineering students of 2nd semester built this model with perfect expertise.
Diamond Harbour Centre of The George Telegraph Training Institute also organized a technical project exhibition in recent period. Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering students exhibited various well planned projects to display their technical creativity and skill in this exhibition. Projects on Automatic LED Emergency, LED Counter Project, Light Sensing Auto System, FM Transmitter with Calling Bell and Remote Checker were only to name a few which bagged applauds from the visitors.
Models of Automobile project at Krishnanagar Centre were very well made. 'Cross Section of Starter Motor' and 'Cross Section of Petrol Engine' were two excellent models made by the students of Krishnanagar.
